Reverend Fred L. Williams was born in Norfolk, Virginia,  and went to Norview High School. He is happily married to his wife Betty Ann and has two grown children Fred Jr. and Marian. He graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC, and Andersonville Baptist Seminary, Camilla GA.  He has served as Pastor, Senior Pastor, or Interim Pastor at several local churches. We are proud that he is serving at Norview Baptist Church.

Lisa is a native of Norfolk, Va. She is the Director Assistant for the C.L.E.A.N. (Citizen Learning Educating About Neighborhoods) Youth Organization, which is operated by volunteers who are vested in the Berkley community. Lisa is a positive, down-to-earth youth advisor.

She is the mother of an outstanding academic scholar, her daughter, Janet Montgomery. Lisa believes that no matter where you are in life and how life is treating you God is always by your side.
